Refund Policy

At Philips Modern Home, your satisfaction is our priority. As our products are made to order, we follow a clear and transparent policy regarding modifications, cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Order Modification & Cancellation

  • You may modify your order (such as dimensions or color) within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, no changes can be made as production will have already begun.
  • You may cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 48 hours, cancellations cannot be accepted as materials and labor are already allocated.

Returns

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.

Return Eligibility

Returns or replacements are only considered if:

  • The item has a verified manufacturing defect.
  • The item was damaged during shipping or delivery.

Returns will not be accepted in cases such as:

  • Incorrect installation (DIY or otherwise).
  • Accidental damage after delivery.
  • Misuse, improper care, or cleaning methods.
  • Normal wear and tear, stains, or negligence.

Inspection & Refund Approval

  • If you believe your product qualifies for a return, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Our inspection team will evaluate the issue and determine eligibility.
  • If approved, a replacement or refund will be processed.
  • If the return is declined, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost, which varies by location.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
  • In the case of returns, only the product value will be refunded; any customization or special service fees are non-refundable.
